This February, our classrooms at A Child's Life Learning Center are preparing for a month filled with friendship, kindness, and growing hearts through stories.

Our team has chosen special books that guide children in understanding friendship and the many ways we can show love and care for others. These stories help little ones see how kind words and gentle actions can brighten each day.

During circle times and reading moments, children will explore books that open conversations about:

  • Being a good friend

  • Showing care and patience

  • Understanding feelings

  • Using words that lift others up

Through reading and discussion, our children learn that friendship is built through thoughtful choices and caring hearts. Each story offers a chance to practice love in action and to see how our hearts grow stronger when we share kindness.

At A Child's Life Learning Center, we believe stories help children connect God's love to their daily lives. February's literacy focus encourages every child to see friendship as a gift and to share that gift with others.
